(Note: Corporate Communication includes but not limited to (a) the annual report and, where applicable, its summary financial report; (b) the interim report and, where applicable, its summary interim report; (c) a notice of meeting; (d) a listing document; (e) a circular; and (f) a proxy form.)

When the corporate communication of Chuang’s China is available on the websites of Chuang’s China and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”), you, at the first time, will receive by post the printed forms of (i) Notification of publication of corporate communication on the Company’s website and Request Form; and (ii) Election of Means of Receipt and Language of Corporate Communication and Reply Form.
To protect the environment, you are recommended to read the corporate communication in electronic form by providing a functional email address to Chuang’s China’s share registrar in Hong Kong at chuangschina-ecom@hk.tricorglobal.com and then you will receive the aforesaid Notification by email. If your email address is not functioned, the aforesaid Notification will be sent to you by post according to the address as recorded in the register of members. You are also recommended to register for the News Alerts service in the Market Data section of the Stock Exchange’s website so that you could be notified once the corporate communication of Chuang’s China is available on the website of the Stock Exchange.
You may refer to the “Election of Means of Receipt and Language of Corporate Communication and Reply Form” issued to new shareholders every July for details. If you have any queries, you may contact Chuang’s China’s share registrar in Hong Kong.
